Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority
At Mabel’s Candles, I take great pride in the quality of every candle I create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
Returns
Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date you receive your candle to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 1 HOUR of ordering.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process
To start a return, please email me at support@mabelscandles.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. I will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that I do not offer free returns, and items should be sent back directly to my fulfillment company in Asia.
Refunds
Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to confirm I’ve received your candle and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often a processing period before refunds are posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact me at support@mabelscandles.com.
Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
I only replace candles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email me at support@mabelscandles.com, and I will assist you with the exchange process.
Gifts
If the candle was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned candle is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
